Meadows & Mountains sits right where the Rockies meet the highway, and our couples and vendors come from across this whole mountain-and-meadow region. Picture the map: from Prince George, McBride and Valemount in BC, up through Tumbler Ridge and Grande Prairie, along the Icefields Parkway past Saskatchewan River Crossing, down to Nordegg and Abraham Lake, and out across the meadows west of Edmonton. Wherever the mountains meet the highway, this is the zone where the meadows and the mountains come together.

The Hinton Centre

The Hinton Centre is our home base for the fair, a spacious indoor venue right in Hinton, Alberta, wrapped in the Northern Rockies and about an hour east of Jasper. Accessible doors, bathrooms and seating throughout, with room to gather, taste, shop and celebrate all weekend.

Getting around

A little planning, a relaxed weekend

Plan your trip between your stay and the Hinton Centre. Shuttle routes, parking and accessible transport details will be confirmed closer to the fair.

Shuttle. A fair shuttle is planned between key lodging areas and the venue. VIP tickets include shuttle services. Routes and times confirm closer to the event.

Parking. On-site parking with an overflow plan will be detailed closer to the event. Carpooling and the shuttle are encouraged on peak days.

Accessible Transport. Accessible transport options will be available. Email us with your needs and we'll make sure you're looked after.
